Suffering with work related stress

The mental load, rumination, overwhelm - your mind is likely as tired as it is confused. Yes, burnout is a systemic problem, but there are ways we can protect you. Ways to ground, realign, release and come home to your quiet centre. There are ways to protect your energy and quieten your mind, giving you much needed space from stress. 

Signed off and at home healing

There are a lots of thoughts, feelings, and numbness, which come with reaching the point where your body and mind says "enough". Sharing the journey validates this messy but much needed unravelling, while easing your recovery in so many ways. Connection and self-compassion are the route to recovery. Don't do this alone.

Rediscovering who you are

Teaching is not a job, it's an identity. To leave often involves waves of grief, resentment and guilt. To consciously uncouple from your identity as a teacher is a sensitive but ultimately beautiful process. As you release the fear which drives you, you'll connect with your authentic self and learn to trust yourself at the deepest level.
